1. Real Estate

We can finance your real estate projects in which financing can be structured based on the predictability of cash flows generated on the assets themselves. Basically, we focus on projects for shopping centers, offices and logistics platforms.

In addition, we are leaders in the financing of hotel projects , both in Spain and abroad. To achieve this, we strive day to day to contribute the most suitable financial structures and legal solutions to each tourist resort, project and legislation.

2. Infrastructures

We offer you an advisory service and financial organization for the major infrastructures put to tender by the Public Administration within the different public-private collaboration frameworks, such as roads, highways, hospitals o public buildings in the different legal categories: concessions, land rights or deferred payments, amongst others.

3. Energies

We finance your electricity generation projects, basically renewable energies such as minihydraulic, wind, biomass, thermal solar, photovoltaic or projects using biofuels. .
