From the integration date, you will be able to discover all the benefits of the new Electronic Banking service for Businesses with access via bancsabadell.com.
We will send you your code card by post and you will be able to use it beyond merely consulting transactions, in a secure way.
Above all, you will enjoy a new working environment, one that is intuitive, secure and highly professional.
Differentiated accesses for personal and business banking customers
The BS Online Distance Banking service has differentiated accesses for operating with your personal and business banking accounts, divided into two independent accesses for personal and business customers.
If you have both personal and business accounts, you will have two code cards and will be able to operate through both services with your corresponding code card. For those people with accounts in both segments, you can request a grouped visualisation of your “Private” and “Business” accounts. To do so, all you have to do is connect to BS Online, access “All my accounts” / “Global position” and select the option “Access your accounts”.
If you have identified yourself under the “Personal” tab and you wish to view or operate in “Business”, you must click on “Disconnect” and then choose the “Business” tab and identify yourself again.
What must I do if I access via Mobile Apps or tablets?
Banco Sabadell has an application, BS Mobile, for mobile devices which enables you to perform all your operations wherever you are.
You’ll find more information on how to download the application and all the operations and services available here.
How many users can have access to BS Online Business?
As many as the company considers necessary.
How can I add new administrators and/or users with a signature?
If you are an administrator of the account, the first thing you must do is request the secondary access codes from your regular branch, to be able to complete the registration process for this kind of user. Once you have received them, the access will be via BS Online Business.
Why must I change my current card?
On 15 March 2014 the integration will be completed of the computer systems into the Banco Sabadell group. From that time onwards, the distance banking service of Banco Gallego and Lloyds Bank International will be that of the Banco Sabadell group and to use it you will need the new card we have sent to you.
I do not have a code card
We sent your code card by post in the month of November. If you have not received it, please visit your regular branch or contact the telephone helpline at your disposal:
- 902 100 081 for customers of Banco Gallego
- 902 100 079 for customers of Lloyds Bank International
I have received 2 cards, what do I need them for?
If you operate with personal and business bank accounts, from 15 March 2014 you must use the card that corresponds to each segment.
I already have a Banco Sabadell code card.
If you already have a BS Online code card, and have received a new Banco Sabadell code card, it is because in each bank you work with a different segment (personal/business banking). From 15 March 2014 you must use a different card for each segment.
Will my regular transfers be maintained?
Your regular transfers will be maintained without any problems, as a result of this process of operational integration.
I have forgotten my access details, how can I recover them?
If you have forgotten your access details, please visit your regular branch or contact the telephone helpline at your disposal:
- 902 100 081 for Banco Gallego customers
- 902 100 079 for Lloyds Bank International customers
Why must I include the payment account number in the file content?
From 14 March, date of the operational integration into the Banco Sabadell group, files for Discounted bills of exchange (CSB32), Credit advances (CSB58) or Confirmed payments (CAM100), must contain the payment account number of the remittance. Therefore, this detail must be included in the file contents instead of the assigning party number that was previously included.
What happens if I don’t include the payment account number details?
If you do not include the account number instead of the assigning party number, the remittance will not be processed and will be rejected. To be able to continue operating normally with the file formats mentioned after 14 March, the files must contain the required detail of the payment account number of the remittance.
Why must I change the contract?
Those Distance Banking contracts in which the named party was a Legal Person (CIF) were terminated on 14 March 2014. From the date of the operational integration into the Banco Sabadell group, operations through a business account must be signed on a private level by the authorised parties via their corresponding code card.
What happens if I do not sign a new private contract?
If the named party of the contracts is not changed before 14 March 2014, then following integration, contracts where the named party is a company (CIF) will cease to be effective and their operation cannot continue.
Who should sign the contract?
All parties authorised to operate the company’s accounts and needing to operate via BS Online Business must have a contract. These authorised parties must sign any operations they carry out using their own personal BS Online Business code card.
I am not an authorised party
If accesses are required for users not authorised by the company to operate the account, the authorised parties can register Limited Access Keys on the new website. The option also exists of providing a secondary card to one of the authorised parties and, online, the said party can configure the level of access required for the person who will use the card.
