1. No account management or maintenance fees. For accounts opened between 15/11/2024 and 11/12/2024, the 12-month profitability will be 2.53% APR up to an average combined balance of €50,000 between the Sabadell Self-employed Online Account and the Sabadell Savings Accounts of the account holders to be used as a personal account or business use (self-employed). Representative example of remuneration in one year calculated for a combined average monthly balance of €50,000: 2.5% NIR per annum, 2.53% APR, €1,250.04 in interest settled in the year. Settlement is paid on a monthly basis and is credited to the Sabadell Self-employed Online Account on the 15th day of the following month (or the first working day before it). After the second year, the current yield conditions of the account will apply.
2. Payment of €30/quarter for activating a Sabadell Self-employed Online Account for business purposes and having your contributions as a self-employed worker paid by direct debit during that period (includes the self-employed under the Special System for Self-Employed Agrarian Workers and the self-employed under the Special Scheme for Sea Workers). The payment will be settled within the first 15 days following the end of the quarter and subject to the current tax legislation.
3. The granting of the credit card is subject to the Bank's risk criteria and its approval, after the relevant risk and viability study has been carried out.
4. The requirement established in the contract will not apply during the first 6 months of holding an Sabadell Negocios Account. From the seventh month onwards you’ll only need to have your salary or regular monthly income for a minimum amount of €700 deposited by direct debit, excluding income from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell group in the name of the same account holder. If this requirement is not met by the second month, the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account.
5. The requirement established in the contract will not apply during the first 6 months of holding an Sabadell Negocios Plus Account. From the seventh month onwards you’ll only need to have your salary or regular monthly income for a minimum amount of €3000 deposited by direct debit, excluding income from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell group in the name of the same account holder. If this requirement is not met by the second month, the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account.
6. The above-mentioned terms and conditions for the Business Sabadell Account will be maintained provided that the customer channels at least 10% of his/her business (in terms of the annual turnover) through this account on an annual basis.
7. Includes transfers to the EEA in euro, Swedish krona and Romanian leu, via BS Online and Editran, commission-free during the first year from the opening date of the Business Sabadell Account, with no limit on the number of transactions. Urgent and immediate transfers are subject to a fee.
