Provision of services and liability
The contract made and services rendered are a matter between the interested party and the supplier chosen by this, with Banco de Sabadell, S.A. (henceforth the Bank) being unaffected by any incident which may arise in rendering the services.
The Bank is not involved by nor liable for performance of the contracts and provision of the services carried out by the suppliers or contractors accessed on the basis of this authorisation and consent.
The list of suppliers of goods or services given for the user is supplied by the Bank merely for guidance purposes as a possible help or support for the user, with no guarantee nor liability being entailed thereby. The user is informed that the Bank does not intervene, participate in or assume any guarantee whatsoever with regard to the provision of the service or goods offered by the third party suppliers who are informed or who might be accessible through hyperlinks or advertising frames.
With no detriment to this, the interested party hereby authorises the Banco de Sabadell, S.A. to obtain information on whether the service has been contracted, the service actually given and about the satisfaction with the service rendered by the service provider, in order to determine compliance of obligations by said provider.
System for protection of personal data
Processing of data, purpose and registration
By accepting these conditions the interested parties are informed that the personal data included in the request for extending the information on the request for their own and others’ services as well as any that might be given later is necessary in order to send you as requested information and commercial notifications by any means, including fax, telephone, electronic mail or any equivalent media, regarding the offer, promotion and contracting of goods and services of the Bank itself or of any other institution belonging to the Banco Sabadell group engaged in business in the financial sector (banking, insurance, social welfare, investment services) and non-financial sector (real estate sector, mass consumption, telecommunications, automobile, advisory services, training and leisure) as well any given by service providers covering the need expressed by the interested party, for which reason the Bank is authorised for its processing and recording in the respective databases for these purposes. The interested parties guarantee the truthfulness of the data given at any time and undertake to inform the Bank promptly of any change in this.
The Bank undertakes to adopt the technical and organisational security measures necessary in respect of this data to guarantee the security of the information and prevent its alteration, processing or unauthorised access.
The Bank will process this data for as long as necessary and this will be kept for the periods laid down in applicable legislation or as agreed.
The interested parties hereby authorise the Bank to assign their personal data, by communication or interconnection, to the organisations, natural persons or legal entities, which may be designated in the selection of suppliers of services of interest for these in turn to be able to process their personal data to offer said services and get in touch with the interested parties in order to contract these.
The aforementioned assignee organisations may also furnish the Bank with the personal data of the interested parties appearing in their databases for the same purposes, as well as to verify both the performance of the commercial tasks authorised by the interested parties and the actual provision of the service.
The interested parties are hereby informed that on filling in the form of which this document forms a full part, the Bank proceeds to make the first assignment or access of data in respect of said assignee organisations.
Affected party's rights
The interested parties may, in the terms established in the legislation on data protection in force at any time, revoke the authorisation granted for processing and assignment of personal data at any time, as well as exercising their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation, by writing to the "Derechos LOPD" unit of the party responsible for this, which is the Bank, as data controller, to its address in Sabadell, Pl. de Sant Roc, 20, or through any of its branches open to the public.
