2 Services offered by HomeServe Asistencia Spain, S.A.U. to Home Protection customers of BanSabadell Seguros Generales, S.A. View the list of jobs included and excluded in this service in the general conditions of the insurance. Services subject to the conditions of the supplier. BanSabadell Seguros Generales reserves the right to modify or cancel the service agreed with HomeServe.
This service can be activated once a year in the Basic Home P. scheme and twice in the Home P. scheme.
The service only includes the use of small materials such as silicone or screws, nuts and bolts. The materials necessary to carry out the work must be provided and paid for by the insured.

3 The additional medical services are not part of the life insurance policy, and are provided by Teladoc Health International, S. A. U. or another entity of a similar kind, provided that the insurance policy is in effect.

On no account will Teladoc perform a diagnosis or recommend treatment. The recommendations obtained from these services are based on information provided by the customer and are absolutely not a substitute for a visit to a doctor.
