What does the notices and alerts service offer?
The notices and alerts service allows you to be informed, via your mobile device or your email account, regarding operations in your accounts at the very instant they are carried out: incoming payments of wages or pensions, receipt or issuing of transfers, direct debit charges, tax deposit or refund, stock market transactions, operations pending signature, information on card purchases, cashpoint withdrawals, etc.
How can I obtain this notices and alerts service?
The service is available for all Banc Sabadell customers; you can sign up via BS Online or directly at your regular branch.
Once you have signed up you will be able to change settings for your notifications via BS Online.
How will the notifications reach me?
Your notices and alerts can be received via three different electronic routes:
I was already receiving alerts. Will they remain the same?
If you were already receiving alerts via SMS/email, your alerts will remain active automatically.

Can I sign up/manage the notices and alerts service online?
To sign up for and/or manage your notices and alerts via SMS, email, or PUSH, you should access your distance banking service via BS Online, from 15 March 2014.
Once connected to BS Online, you should click on the section “View all options” and access the alerts management service.
In turn, from BS Mobile, you can also configure and manage your notices and alerts service. To do so, you should click on the menu “See more options” and on the section “Notices and alerts management”.
