The loan arrangement
Is an asset operation under which the Bank lends you a certain amount of money which you need to be repaid under the terms in effect.
This operation is designed to finance specific operations such as purchase, extensions, refurbishment, etc... the amount of which can be precisely specified.
The price payable for receiving the loan can be fixed or variable.
FIXED RATE
The fixed interest rate is agreed upon commencement of the operation and remains unaltered during the life of same.
Settlement of interest is made automatically on the last day of each calendar quarter.
VARIABLE RATE
