- In the event of loss or theft we refund the amount of all fraudulent operations performed with your card within the 48 hours prior to notifying the incident.
- Permanent, 24-hour support telephone no: 900 712 356 to report any incidents or swifyly cancel your cards in the event of loss or theft.
How do I activate Card Protection?
It's very simple, you just have to access online banking and follow these steps:
- Select "Cards" and in the "More options" menu, click on "Security" and then on "SMS alert service".
- Finally, please register the following alerts:*
- Cash withdrawals at ATMs for amounts from €150
- Card purchase for amounts from €150
If you prefer, you can set up security alerts from the global position of your accounts: "See all options" > "Correspondence and SMS alert service".
* If you have activated the alerts for cash withdrawals at ATMs and card purchases, both alerts for transactions over €150, you can now avail of the free Card Protection service.
If you have activated the alert service for amounts less than €150, you will also avail of the Card Protection service. Alerts will be billed according to current BS Mobile rates.
