Complementary dividend • Banco Sabadell will pay 0.15 euros per share

The total profitability per dividend for the shareholder will increase by 34.61% interannually.
The Board of Directors of the Banco Sabadell in its meeting today have agreed to propose to the General Shareholders Meeting, planned for the following 27th March, the payment of 0,15 euros per share (0,123 net euros) as a complementary dividend for the 2007 fiscal year.
With the dividend at 0,13 euros per share (0,1066 net euros) paid last October, the total gross dividend for the 2007 fiscal year adds 0,28 euros per share (0,2296 net euros) and is a 34.61% higher than the previous year, as corresponds to the good running of the company and its group and the excellent results obtained, which have been made public this morning.
Once passed by the General Shareholders Meeting, the payment of this dividend will take place on 2nd April.
