Línea ICO Inundaciones desbordamiento Rio Ebro R.D.L. 3/2007

Financing with preferential conditions for investment projects for the reparation or replacement of installations and industrial equipment which were damaged as a result of the flooding in the affected areas during the last week of March and the first week in April 2007.

The ICO has settled the total amount for the new line at 3 million euros.

Aim

Requirements

Physical or legal entities, which have been affected by the flooding of the river Ebro and which are in possession of a certificate of recognition of damages issued by the Delegation or Sub delegation of the Government of the regions of Navarra, la Rioja, Catalonia and Aragón, or if it applies, by the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros.

Conditions

• Types : Loan
• Maximum amount :
  • up to 90% of the investment project with a maximum amount of 200,000 euros per beneficiary and year.

In the category of leasing , can be financed up to 100% of the asset, combining ICO conditions and conditions Banco Sabadell .

• Repayment terms :

   

  • 5 years, including 1 of waiting time for the payment of the principal.

• Interest rate :

Fixed 2.00% APR.

• Commissions : no commissions for study or opening.

• Early cancellation:

In fixed interest rate operations, 1% of the amount to be amortized early will be imputed, and must take place coinciding with the maturity of an amortization instalment.
In the event of non compliance with the conditions of the line, 2% flat must be paid to the ICO of the amounts used and that must be paid in advance, as well as the return of any other complementary subsidy received.

• Procedure:

Directly at any office of Banco de Sabadell.

• Required documents:

Have the corresponding documentation evaluating damage from the Government Delegation or Sub delegation, or if it applies, from the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros.
The company must be able to accredit the carrying out of the financial investment, committing itself to providing invoices, receipts, projects, deeds or any other document that may serve as a receipt of the investment carried out.
